Yes. Your saved reels are only visible to you. No other TrackPe user can see your library, searches, or collections.
Does TrackPe read all my Instagram DMs?
No. We only receive the specific DM you send to @trackpe.ai. We never read any other conversations, follow requests, or notifications.
Do I need to give TrackPe my Instagram password?
Never. You connect via a one-time link code sent as a DM. We use Instagram's official Messaging API — no password required, ever.
Does AI train on my saved reels?
No. AI analysis runs on your reels to tag and categorize them for your library only. We do not use your data to train any AI models.
How does Ask TrackPe AI work?
Ask AI queries your own reel library using Claude (Anthropic). Your questions and library data are scoped to your account and never shared with other users.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Creator Studio and above plans can export their full reel library as CSV anytime from the dashboard.
